In accordance with Art. 13 DSGVO, we will inform you of the legal basis for our data processing. Unless the legal basis is mentioned in the data protection declaration, the following legal bases apply:

  • for obtaining consent: Art. 6 1 lit. a and Art. 7 DSGVO.
  • for the processing to fulfill our services and the implementation of contractual measures as well as answering the request: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO
  • for processing to fulfill our legal obligations: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO
  • for processing to protect our legitimate interests: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO

The following data protection declaration informs you about the type, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “data”) within our online offer and the associated websites, functions and content, as well as external online presences, such as our social media profile. With regard to the terms used, we refer to the definitions in Article 4 of the DSGVO.

We would like to point out that the personal data we collect from suppliers, customers, other business partners and interested parties, in particular name, address, telephone number, email address, contact details of contact persons, customer numbers as well as order and delivery data for the purpose of initiating, the establishment and processing of contractual and supplier relationships, including delivery, payment and any warranty or product liability, record, save, process and use.

The personal data collected from you is necessary for the conclusion and execution of a contract. You are not obliged to provide this data, but we cannot conclude a contract with you without this data.
The processing of your data takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 b of the DSGVO.

We also collect, store, process and use this data for the purpose of maintaining customer and business relationships, marketing and advertising for our products and services. The processing of your data takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest in the processing of your data results from our endeavors to market our products and services.

In addition, we process data that we receive from business information companies under the legal requirements for the purpose of credit checks on our suppliers, customers, other business partners and interested parties. The processing of your data takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1f DSGVO.

Personal data will not be passed on to third parties, with the exception of:

  • Transmission to third parties engaged by us to fulfill contractual and delivery relationships.
  • Transmission to third parties, which we engage in the context of marketing and advertising for our products and services
  • Transmission to specialized service providers who, on our instructions and under our responsibility, provide services within the scope of the purposes stated above to us.
  • Transmission to third parties to whom we are legally obliged.
  • Transmission to third parties to fulfill our commercial and tax obligations.

A data transfer to a third country outside the EU, which is also not a contracting state of the EU economic agreement, only takes place if this data transfer is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract between you and us.

Your data will only be processed for the duration of the initiation and processing of a contractual and supplier relationship and for the duration of the continued existence of obligations from such a relationship as well as for the duration of commercial or tax requirements for the retention of records. The processing or duration of the retention requirement of your data is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 c DSGVO.

Insofar as we process personal data in order to advertise, you have the right and the opportunity to object at any time (Art. 7 Para. 3 and Art. 21 DSGVO). In this case, your personal data will no longer be processed or used for these purposes.

According to Art. 17 & 18 of the DSGVO, the data processed by us will be deleted or their processing will be restricted as soon as they are no longer required for the intended purpose and there are no statutory retention periods to prevent deletion.

R. Data that is particularly worth protecting is not processed in accordance with Section 9 para. 1 DSGVO.

Web analytics

The provider company 1 & 1 uses functions of web analytics. The data are determined either by a pixel or by a log file. 1 & 1 Web Analytics does not use cookies to protect personal data .

1&1 does not save any personal data from website visitors so that no conclusions can be drawn about the individual visitors. In 1 & 1 Web Analytics, data is only collected for statistical evaluation and technical optimization of the website. There is no data available to third parties. 1 & 1 Web Analytics Plus records the recipient’s email address for the delivery of an email report. The time of dispatch and the time of reading the report are saved. The content of the report is not saved.
